A simpler approach to weight management · Fasting, calorie awareness and Feel Great

THE SIMPLE MODEL

How the weight-management approach works

Products are not the foundation of fat loss. The foundation is a manageable calorie deficit. Fasting may provide structure, while Unimate and Balance may support appetite, satiety, energy and consistency.

01 · FOUNDATION

Create a realistic calorie deficit

Fat loss occurs when average calorie intake remains below energy expenditure over time. Food quality, protein, fibre, sleep and activity can influence how manageable that feels.

The question to ask:

Can I maintain this without feeling that every day is a battle?

02 · STRUCTURE

Choose an eating window

Intermittent fasting reduces the period in which meals and snacks occur. A 12:12 or 14:10 schedule may be an easier starting point; 16:8 is not automatically better for everyone.

The question to ask:

Does this schedule fit my work, family life and health needs?

03 · SUPPORT

Place Feel Great into the routine

Unimate is commonly placed earlier in the day. Balance is commonly used before a meal according to the current label. Neither product cancels calories or replaces an appropriate diet.

The question to ask:

Does this make the plan easier to follow consistently?

04 · FEEDBACK

Review the weekly trend

Look beyond a single weigh-in. Review appetite, energy, adherence, eating patterns and the longer-term weight trend before deciding what to adjust.

The question to ask:

What is helping, and what needs to become simpler?

Start with the least demanding version

A sustainable starting point may be a consistent 12-hour overnight break, fewer high-calorie drinks, clearly planned meals and products used only according to the current label. A more restrictive plan is not automatically more effective.

Some distributors recommend generous water intake—often around three litres daily—while using the routine. Treat this as a general recommendation, not an obligation: hydration needs differ according to body size, climate, activity, diet, health conditions and medical advice.

Pause and get individual guidance when needed

If insulin resistance, diabetes, glucose-lowering medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, an eating-disorder history or another relevant medical condition applies to you, seek qualified professional guidance before fasting, restricting calories or using supplements.
