This policy explains how Routine Made Simple handles information submitted through the guide sign-up form and by email, and names the other technologies this site actually uses. Analytics is optional, and the Feel Great video stays off until you allow it.

Information you provide
The guide form collects an email address, an optional first name, consent status, and technical records needed to document and secure the sign-up. If you contact us directly, we also process the information contained in your message.
Guide and email
With your consent, we use the information to deliver the requested guide and send occasional educational emails about weight management, intermittent fasting, and Feel Great. Direct messages are processed to respond to the request.
Confirmation and unsubscribe
The mailing list uses email confirmation. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
Hosting and email
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Sign-up forms, contact records, and marketing emails are processed using Brevo (Sendinblue). These providers process data on our behalf under their applicable terms and safeguards. Brevo is contacted when you submit a form, not merely by viewing a page.
Analytics
Analytics is optional. It helps us understand how the site is used. A visitor who has not chosen is not treated as having accepted. You can accept or reject optional cookies, and you can change that choice later with Cookie settings. Rejecting, or changing an earlier acceptance, applies to future analytics. It does not erase information already collected. When analytics is accepted, the site uses Google analytics, tag GT-T9KVBR26, measurement ID G-CYV04D1HYC.
Cookies and similar technologies
Optional analytics may use cookies or similar technologies only after you accept. Your accept or reject choice is saved in a cookie that records that choice only, so the question is not asked on every page. This policy does not list individual cookie names.
YouTube
The Feel Great page can include a video provided by YouTube. That video is not loaded, and your browser does not contact YouTube for it, until you allow optional third-party content. If you have not chosen, or you have rejected optional cookies, the page asks before loading the video. Allowing the video accepts the same optional cookies as analytics.
Referral and affiliate links
Some pages include external referral or affiliate links, including links associated with this site’s independent Unicity distributor relationship. Where a page already says so, a purchase through that link may result in sales credit or compensation for the distributor, at no additional charge to you.
Retention
Subscription information is kept while the mailing relationship remains active and is deleted or suppressed when it is no longer needed, subject to records required for compliance and prevention of unwanted email. Direct correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request and related obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact us at the address above to exercise a right.
