Feel Great, explained without the hype

Feel Great brings together Unimate, Balance and a time-based eating routine. These tools may support appetite management and consistency, but fat loss still depends on maintaining a realistic calorie deficit over time.

Two products, two different roles

Preparing a Unimate drink with hot water

EARLIER IN THE DAY

Unimate

A concentrated yerba mate drink mix positioned to support energy, focus, satiety and appetite-management efforts.

  • May fit during the non-eating part of a routine when used as directed
  • Can make a structured morning feel easier to repeat
  • Does not create fat loss independently
Mixing Unicity Balance with water before a meal

BEFORE OR WITH A MEAL

Balance

A fiber-based pre-meal drink positioned to support satiety, healthy glucose metabolism and reduced carbohydrate impact.

  • Used according to the current product label
  • Commonly placed before a meal in the Feel Great routine
  • Does not cancel the calories in a meal

EXAMPLE, NOT A PRESCRIPTION

How a simple day may be structured

The exact timing must follow the current label and suit the individual.

  1. MorningUnimate and a defined fasting window

Use the eating schedule as structure—not as permission to ignore total intake later.

  2. Before a main mealBalance as directed

Pair the routine with a balanced meal and realistic portions.

  3. Across the weekWatch the calorie trend

Weight loss requires average intake to remain below energy expenditure.

Where intermittent fasting fits

Intermittent fasting simply arranges eating and non-eating periods. Common examples include 12:12, 14:10 and 16:8. A longer fasting window is not automatically better, and fasting does not override calories, food quality or health needs.

Insulin resistance and blood glucose

Insulin resistance is a medical condition. Feel Great products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent it. References to healthy glucose metabolism apply to supporting normal metabolic function and must not be interpreted as treatment.

Important: Review the current label and official instructions. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition, taking medication—especially glucose-lowering medication—or have a history of disordered eating, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before fasting, restricting calories or using supplements.
