Why I simplified it
I didn’t need another diet.
I needed a 16:8 intermittent fasting routine I could actually follow.
I wanted something simple enough to fit into a normal day —
without constantly thinking about food, counting everything
or starting over every Monday.
No complicated meal plans.
No eating every few hours.
No need to make food the center of the entire day.
A routine simple enough to repeat tomorrow.
“The biggest change for me wasn’t finding another
complicated plan. It was finding a routine simple
enough to stay consistent with.”
My experience
This is what happened when I kept it simple.
I follow a 16:8 eating schedule with two main meals. I use Unimate during the morning, Balance before lunch and dinner, drink plenty of water and keep the rest of the routine realistic enough to follow consistently.
My result?
I’ll share exactly how much weight I lost in my first three months by email.
*This is my personal experience, not a promise or guarantee of results. Weight-loss results vary depending on starting weight, food intake, activity, consistency and other individual factors.
What I actually do
My Simple 16:8 Routine
Two meals, a clear fasting window and a routine
that is easy to remember.
Unimate
I mix 1 sachet with at least 500 ml of cold water and drink it slowly during the first part of my morning.
Continue the fasting window
I skip breakfast and continue fasting until my first meal.
Balance
I mix 1 sachet with approximately 200–300 ml of water and drink it shortly before lunch.
Balance again
I repeat the same routine before my second meal. After dinner, the next fasting window begins.
Water
I make a conscious effort to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Questions
Simple answers before you start.
Do I have to follow exactly 16:8?
No. 16:8 is the schedule I personally use,
but fasting schedules can be adjusted depending
on your routine, experience and individual needs.

beginner’s guide to intermittent fasting.
When do I take Unimate?
I personally drink it during the first part of my morning, mixed with at least 500 ml of cold water and consumed slowly.
When do I take Balance?
I use one sachet before lunch and one before dinner, mixed with water, usually around 5–10 minutes before eating.
What should I eat during my eating window?
I don’t view Feel Great as a way to cancel out excessive calorie intake. Food quality, quantity and consistency still matter. I prefer normal, satisfying meals that fit the overall goal of my routine.
What if I take medication or have a medical condition?
If you take medication, especially medication related to blood glucose, or have an existing health condition, speak with your doctor or pharmacist before making significant dietary changes or starting a new supplement routine.
Do I have to subscribe?
